Jeep service

At Woodhouse Chrysler Jeep® Dodge Sioux City, we can handle all of your Jeep® maintenance needs, and that includes the services that help your vehicle run more efficiently. If you’re worried about gas mileage and wondering “Where can I find Jeep service near me?”, our dealership is the answer!

Oil Changes

Fresh oil is better at lubricating and protecting your engine. Old oil becomes more of a sludge that can’t do this important job well.

When you skip oil changes, your engine has to work harder to get you from point A to point B. If your engine is not running as efficiently as possible, it’s going to waste gasoline.

Filter Replacement

There are also two important filters that help protect your engine and keep it running efficiently, the engine air filter and engine oil filter. They’ll eventually need to be replaced, however, as over time they become dirty and clogged with debris from the road, forcing your engine to work harder and consume more gasoline.

We’ll check in on their condition when we take care of your oil changes, and replace them as needed.

Spark Plug Replacement

Spark plugs help your vehicle start-up, but when they age they can contribute to your car wasting gasoline.

If you notice a drop in gas mileage and the engine and oil aren’t the issue, the spark plugs could be the culprit. A trip to our service center could tell you if you need replacement Jeep parts.

Tire Care

Many drivers don’t realize the connection between tire pressure and gas mileage. When your tires aren’t properly inflated, you can end up wasting gasoline.

Check the driver’s side door and you’ll find the proper air pressure for your tires. Then use a tire pressure gauge to check the pressure of all four tires. If any are underinflated, they are hurting your gas mileage.
