Jaun the salesman was very punctual, very knowledgeable. Made the process very simple over the phone and found the exact ram I was looking for. I would recommend that if your buying from here, go through jaun ... My ram was at $60,000 MSRP and wrote a check and drove off the lot with a 2025 ram for $40,000. All other dealers wouldn't come down and there was exactly no haggling.

Recently purchased our Suburban through WOODHOUSE. We worked with Freddy. Customer service was top notch. We are from Sioux Falls and they drive the vehicle to us to test drive before purchasing. The tailgate also stopped working the first night we had it. They drove us a loaner and fixed it without hesitation. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase!

Everyone was nice and welcoming, ready to answer any questions. Our salesman Freddy has been there for 12 yrs. He showed us what we were looking for and checked what they had in options. He did not talk us into something we did not need or want. We walked out buying a Dodge and would send friends and family his way for their next purchase.

If not for Rhyker Sims this review would be rated less . He really did a good job of trying to help me out and making sure I was treated right ! He even send my truck back about 5 times for them to clean it because they were not doing a good job. Only complaint is that they have the fast lane which you are supposed to be able to get in without an appointment and when I showed up they wanted me to leave my vehicle with them all day because they had people with appointments.
We called Woodhouse because we saw a used car my daughter was interested in. Tom F answered the phone, sent me pictures and what their maintenance department had recorded with the potential repairs needed. This was very appreciated since we were driving 2.5 hours from Nebraska and Tom was considerate of our time. We are financing so we may help our child build her credit.
