Power

The RAM 2500 is an extremely powerful pickup. The base engine is a 6.4-liter V8 that puts out 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. The other option is a 6.7-liter Cummins diesel inline-6 engine that produces 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque. 

An eight-speed automatic transmission is paired with the base engine, while the diesel gets a six-speed automatic. Four-wheel drive is standard with either of the engines you’ll pick for your RAM truck. 

Towing and Hauling

You won’t be disappointed when you put your RAM 2500 to work — when properly equipped, the base engine can tow up to 14,370 pounds. If you go with the diesel engine, that climbs to 19,010 pounds. This new RAM truck will also let you haul up to 4,010 pounds. 

There are two bed lengths to choose from: six-foot-four-inch or eight-foot. You also have the option to add different towing and hauling features, such as a rear air suspension, trailer tire pressure monitoring, and a digital rearview mirror. 

Interior
