2023 Dodge Hornet Specs

Did you know that Dodge has released a brand-new vehicle for 2023? It’s the 2023 Dodge Hornet, and it’s already creating quite a bit of buzz, including at our Dodge dealership. Here you’ll get to know this new SUV with an MSRP of $31,590.

Power and Performance

The Dodge Hornet has a potent 268-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. This generates 295 lb-ft of torque. 

Your other option is a plug-in hybrid combining a turbocharged 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine with an electric motor. Together these produce 288 net horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. 

Both models get a nine-speed automatic transmission, as well as all-wheel drive. If you go with the hybrid, you may not need to get gas very often, as this new Dodge can travel up to 30 miles just using battery power. The Dodge Hornet is agile and smooths our rough roads thanks to an advanced suspension system. 

Interior

The Dodge Hornet is a two-row SUV that accommodates up to five people. The supportive and comfortable seats come with cloth upholstery, but faux suede or genuine leather is available. The cargo room is impressive; you’ll get 27 cubic feet behind the back row and 54.7 cubic feet when it’s down. As for tech, every model comes with an intuitive Uconnect™ infotainment system with a 10.3-inch touchscreen, along with: 

  • Amazon Alexa®
  • USB ports
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™
  • Bluetooth®

If you’re a true audiophile, you may want to opt for the 14-speaker Harman Kardon® sound system. A wireless charging pad is also available. 

Safety

The Dodge Hornet is also built for safety, along with all the fun stuff. Among its many driver-assist aids, you will find:

  • Lane departure warning
